Clattenburg-Pace, Clattenburg v. Boutilier's Glen Campground Inquiry Set

An independent human rights restorative board of inquiry in the case of Melissa Clattenburg-Pace and Valerie Clattenburg v. Boutilier's Glen Campground is scheduled to begin Aug. 5.

Ms. Clattenburg-Pace alleges she was discriminated against based on her physical disability while camping at Boutilier's Glen Campground. Ms. Clattenburg alleges she was discriminated against for her family status. Boutilier's Glen Campground denies any discrimination occurred.

The restorative board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Best Western Chocolate Lake, 20 St. Margaret's Bay Rd., and end at 1 p.m. daily.

Walter Thompson is board chair and independent of the commission. The commission is representing the public interest.
