Charlton v. Holmestead Cheese Sales Inc. Settlement Review
Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission
An independent Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry into Dewayne Charlton v. Holmestead Cheese Sales Inc. will resume Tuesday, Nov. 3 at the request of board chair Kathleen Raymond.
The purpose of the hearing is to complete a settlement review.
In his complaint Mr. Charlton claims he was discriminated against on the basis of his disability while employed by Holmestead Cheese Sales Inc.
The hearing will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the Old Orchard Inn, near Wolfville.
