Tracey Kelly v. Skabost Incorporated

Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission

An independent Nova Scotia human rights restorative board of inquiry in the case of Tracey Kelly of Canning, Kings Co., v. Skabost Inc., Kentville, is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Dec. 15.

The board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Old Orchard Inn, 153 Greenwich Road South. The inn is at Exit 11 off Highway 101, near Wolfville.

The board chair is Peter Nathanson, who is independent of the commission, which is a party representing the public interest at the board of inquiry.
