and the said John Rule for himself his heirs executors, administrators, and assigns doth hereby convenant promise and agree to and with teh said Aaron Williams and Richard McCarter that they the said Aaron Williams and Richard McCarter paying the said rents and perfoming all and every of the said covenants and agreements herein before contained which on their parts are to be paid, kept, done, and performed shall and may from time to time and at all times during the said term hereby demised peaceably and quietly enter into have hold occupy, possesses [word?] and enjoy all and singular the said premises with the appurtenances without let, molestation eviction or disturbance from or by any person or persons lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof in witness [word?] whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto subscribed and set their hand and seals the day and year first above written
