Halifax July 21 1815
Sir;
I will contract to supply the negroes at Melville Island, with
Provisions agreeably to the Rations prescribed by you at the undermentioned
prices [illegible]
for every Negro in health the Sum of Nine pence Sterling per day.
For every Negro in sicknys [sickness?] the Sum of one Shilling and seven pense [pence] Sterling per day. Any Security that may be required for the performance of
the above, will be given by
