Lands Resigned by the under mentioned
persons in Preston for the accommodation of the people of color - or as
assurance that they should receive an equivalent -
in other Situations----

1. Relinquished by the Honra le Michael Wallows buying
land purchased by him for a valuable consideration of } over 145
this valuable tract lies but a little more than one mile from
Gov Harbour - a Public Road runs directly throu it - this soil good
well Wooded and interspersed with excellent timber & so near this
Market that I think 500 acres of Land - in remote Situations is no more
that a reasonable and moderate equivalent - and by {cares] to
recommend that a Warrant dispute in favor of Mr. Wallace for that---
quantity ---
