          I have received your severall favours all which
I shall fully answer by Mackey; who I design Shall Sail as Soon as
Mackneal, as I am preparing her Cargo and we have an Embargo
that No Vessell Shall Sail Before the 15th Next month, Capt Adams [ Shew]
me Your Directions to him by which I See you have Given him
positive Directions to Send you down a Sloop, when you had Given
Me Directions Sometime past to Engage one for that purpose, please
to make my Compl[iments] to Majr Philips and Tell him I could not
find a man to purchase his Servants Time but he Shall be at no
Expense to him I Shall write the Majr by Mackey [ – ] his Magazines
was packed up in Your Trunk of Goods I am Gentl[emen]
