     William Winniet Esqr was, That as there is a Proclamation already Relating thereunto, he had Nothing farther to Say to it
 


     William Shirreff Esqr was That it was Necessary that they Should Show their obedience and Comply with his Majestys Instructions, and have their lands all Surveyd
 


     William Skene Esqr was, That in order to prevent vexatious Suits, which daily happen, and the Better to Ascertain the Just Boundarys of Each mans property the lands ought to be Surveyed According to His Majestys Instructions

     Att a Council held by order of the Honble Lawrence Armstrong Esqr Lieu.t Govern of the Province at his own House in His Majestys Garrison of Annapolis Royal on Tuesday the 11 th January 1731/2 at 11 o Clock A. M.

     His Honour order'd the Minutes of ffriday the 7th and Munday the 10th to be Read, which were accordingly done, and His Honour asked whether there were any other Affairs to be laid Before the Board, the Secretary presented him with Governor Doucetts aforesaid Order, In Relation to Chippody, which was also Read
 


     Then was proposed to Sett a time for the Le Blancs to Appear with Mr Landry, to prove the validity of their Respective Certifycates
 
Landry and the LeBlancs orderd to appear both together in Council in order to have a Decision in yr affair.


     Agreed, that they Come on or Before the 10 th Aprile Next, provided they all Come together
