their Wages being £: 48 " 1 " 6, and their losses to £:29 " 18 " 6, as per their Respective Accompts
 


     Major Cope, being present, Agreed to the Justness of their Demand of Wages and Desired y.t they might be put to their Oaths for their particular Losses and that Advice May be sent to his Partners thereof that they may give Directions for the Disposall of such Effects as the Company hath in this Province for the paying of the said Petitioners Demands

     At a Council held by Order of the Honourable Lt Governor Armstrong Esqr at his House in his [373] His Majestys Garrison of Annapolis Royall On Saturday the 20th of October 1733

     His Honour Acquainted the Board that Thursday the 11th Inst being the Anniversary Day Appointed for the Chusing of New Deputys, they then, in Compy with Old Deputys, came for the Approbation of the Governor & Council; but the Report of their Election Not being in forme As prescribed, that he had therefore Appointed them to Attend ye Council On this Day; And they being Orderd to be Called in, they Deliverd their Report, Which being Read, his Honr Recommended to them the Duty of their Office of which they Accepting, they were thereupon Approved, And Admitted for the service of the Ensuing Year Commencing the 11th Inst And Ending the 10th of Octr 1734: And his honour having also Return'd thanks to the last Years Deputys for the Discharge of their Office, they were then Dismissed
