Letter to Joseph Howe from John Russell, 1st Earl Russell
Letter from Russell, Laverstoke House, Micheldever Station, Hants [England] to Howe stating he will not be at Pembroke Lodge on Tuesday because Russell intends to travel north that day but requests that Howe come at 12 or 1:00 o'clock on Monday.
