Mi'kmaq Holdings Resource Guide

Petition by Newel Joe, Newel Dennis et al to Lt. Gov. John Harvey for relief for the Mi'kmaq of Nova Scotia, particularly those around St. Mary's. They argue that some of the problems from which the Mi'kmaq suffer, especially the scarcity of game, "has been inflicted by our white brothers;" the government has an obligation, therefore, to provide relief.
