To the Honorable, The Executive Council

The Memorial of Samuel GA McKeen
Humbly Herewith
That he is a medical practitioner in the County of Victoria, and neighbouring Counties - That he has been from time to time called upon to attend on sick and poor Indians at the instance of several Magistrates and others who have pointed out the several parties as objects requiring Medical relief and treatment
That during the year 1860 last past the sum due your memorialist is the full and just sum of seventeen dollars and forty cents as will in full appear on reference to the annexed account. And your memorialist is desirous to receive from the Legislature of the province his reasonable and just claim aforesaid and as in duty bound your Memorialist will ever pray.
