Copy of a letter from William Faulkner to James B. Uniack, Commissioner of Crown Lands, regarding the report of an examination of the Mi'kmaq reserve at Middle Stewiacke into land titles and estimates of land value. Included is a list of occupants and value of land and a map detailing the various lots. Faulkner was unable to complete a land survey because the present owners of the land, who had bought the land from Mi'kmaq, were afraid a survey might determine that some of the land still belonged to the Mi'kmaq.
