HMS Indefatigable was a twin-screw cruiser, 2nd class, 3609 tons, stationed in Halifax from 1899-1904. In 1899, the officers were Captain Primrose; paymaster G.H. Sturgess, and assistant-paymaster C.F. Withell. This image was first published in Halifax and Its Attractions, 1902.
