In consideration of the faithful discharge of our duty It is on the other part agreed to by said Commissioners to pay us at the rate of Four pounds per month as wages during the Continuance of our service for Commence on the first day of the present month of October and to find us in good wholesome provisions and Lodging - In witness whereof, we Adam Moore, David Ross, and James Mc Laughlan have each of us subscribed our Names at Halifax in Nova Scotia tis 5th day of October 1801
