My dear Sir
I rejoice with you, with all my heart & soul, upon the safe return of the mission to the Isle of Sable and still more so upon the benefits derived from that Establishment, which does credit to our Country, & cannot but yield comfortable reflections to our hearts. Enclosed is Morris's letter of which Mr. Ward will give me two copys to transmit to England, by the next packet. The inclosed message to be copied by him, if you think it does not want alteration, & directed to
