The Ware House at the East End of the Island being the best on the Island was built by the Superintendant before ^Nesbitt come, or went there; -

The anchor, copper, and chain plates [&c?] - about the Detroit could not have been removed from her previous to the present Spring owing to the position she laid in, but it has since been done; -

The remark about money lost in the wreck of the Maria, it is possible may at some time wash up but it has never done so as yet, -

The Letter describing the state of the Fulton of the 20th of March was I thought sufficient, and all the other matter, therein contained I thought as nessecary to be stated, as the description of the Fulton, and some of it was intended to save the Commissioners from unjustly paying for a cask of Beeff.

And at any time when a boat could work property could have been shipped on board of a vessel when it could neither have been landed, or taken off the Island,
