Minutes of agreement entered into between William Forsyth, on behalf of himself and the other Commissioners appointed by Government for effecting a settlement on the Isle of Sable, and William Crook, owner and Master of the Schooner Kitty of La Have. The document details an agreement that the Kitty will be properly outfitted to make regular journeys to and from Sable Island.
