Fire restrictions

Last updated: 27 April 2026 at 8:00 am

Check here at 2:00 pm during wildfire risk season (15 March to 15 October) to find out what the fire restrictions are for the day.

No domestic brush burning or campfires are allowed between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm during wildfire risk season. That is why the map is always red during these hours.

You also need to follow municipal bylaws for your area. To report a wildfire or violations of the fire restrictions, call 1-800-565-2224 or 911.
