Slow Moving Vehicles Identification Regulations

made under subsection 117(4) of the
Motor Vehicle Act
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 293
N.S. Reg 41/77 (May 31, 1977)

Pursuant to Section 106(4) [subsection 117(4)] of the Motor Vehicle Act, I hereby prescribe that the sign, emblem or device to be exhibited on a farm tractor, a vehicle drawn by a farm tractor or a motor vehicle other than a motor-driven cycle and not capable of maintaining a rate of speed in excess of 25 miles per hour when driven on a highway shall be as defined, described and mounted in accordance with and in the manner provided by C.S.A. Standard D198-1977.
