Pay Equity Act

1 In the Act and in these regulations, "vacancy" means a position which is unoccupied or not filled and includes a position or circumstance where a member is temporarily unable to act due to reasons beyond the member's control, illness, conflict of interest or apprehension of bias.
2 A quorum of the Committee shall consist of a majority of members in respect of whose positions no vacancies exist.
