Hackmatack Lake and Round Lake Game Sanctuaries Designation

made under Section 113 of the
Wildlife Act
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 504
O.I.C. dated October 3, 1961, N.S. Reg. 10/61

The Administrator in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forests dated the 12th day of September, A.D. 1961, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 154(1)(a) of the Lands and Forests Act, Chapter 145, Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1954, Part III Game, is pleased to prescribe Hackmatack Lake and Round Lake in the Missaquash Marsh area near the New Brunswick Border in Cumberland County to be Game Sanctuaries and to prescribe the boundaries of the said Game Sanctuaries to be a line 100 yards from the high water mark of each Lake above mentioned.
