The photo was taken during the ceremonies celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the landing of the Scottish pioneers from the ship Hector, at Pictou, N.S., 1923. The man wearing a captain's coat in front is probably Stephen Francis of Pictou Landing. The other two Mi'kmaq men are presently unidentified.
