N.S. to Observe a Three-Minute Moment of Silence

Nova Scotians will join Canadians coast-to-coast to observe three-minutes of silence today at 1:20 p.m. to reflect on the recent tragedy in the United States.

Lt.- Gov. Myra Freeman will lead a ceremony on the south lawn of Province House, and all members of the public are invited to attend. The U.S. flag will be flown at half mast.

Premier Hamm said, "today we should all take the time to give thanks for our families' safety, and in our homes and in our hearts take a moment to remember the people of the United States."
