HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Route 333

Route 333, from Indian Point Road southerly to Redmonds Road will have occasional lane closures for re-paving from May 5 to Aug. 31. Traffic control will consist of traffic control persons. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Canterbury Truss Bridge

Canterbury Truss Bridge on Bellefontaine Road in Middle Porter's Lake is closed until further notice. A detour is available on Route 207, Trunk 7 and Highway 107.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Margaree Harbour Bridge

Crews are working on construction of the new Margaree Harbour Bridge. Motorists using the current bridge should watch for ongoing construction activities in the area. Traffic will be delayed occasionally. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The new bridge should be in service by December 2003. The removal of the old bridge should be completed by September 2004.

PICTOU COUNTY: Carmichael Road

Toney River Bridge on Carmichael Road in Pictou County is closed until June 30 due to bridge failure. Traffic control consist of signage. Detour on Popular Hill Road and Meadowville Station Road.

PICTOU COUNTY: Joudrey Road

The Joudrey Road is closed, except to local traffic, for culvert repairs, until further notice. A detour is available from Louisville Road to Route 6. Work takes place 24 hours a day.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Seal Island Bridge

Seal Island Bridge will have a one lane-closure for bridge repairs until Oct. 15. Maximum load width at the bridge will be 3.05 meters(10 feet). Traffic control will consist of traffic signals. Work takes place 24 hours a day.
