Antigonish Access Centre Temporarily Closed

Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations (Oct. 2000 - March 2014)

The Access Nova Scotia centre in Antigonish closed at 1:30 p.m. today, March 6, to investigate possible water damage and air-quality issues.

The office will remain closed for the rest of the week to allow a complete investigation.

"Closing of the office is a precautionary measure," said Jamie Muir, Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations. "The health and safety of our staff and customers are our first priority. The office will remain closed until we are assured it is safe for business."

An update on the office's status will be provided on Sunday, March 9, in the afternoon.

In the meantime, Antigonish residents can get services through the New Glasgow or Port Hawkesbury Access Nova Scotia centres. More information regarding specific services is available by calling toll-free 1-800-670-4357.
