Chute Bridge at the intersection of Shelburne Road, South Old Post and Back Road will be closed for bridge replacement from Monday, July 28 until Friday, Aug. 8.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Ingramport River Bridge
A detour and temporary bridge are being installed at the Ingramport River on Trunk 3.
The existing bridge will remain open until the temporary bridge is in place but there may be traffic delays during the installation. Signs and traffic control people will be on site. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101
Highway 101, between Exit 8 and 8A near Hantsport, will have lane closures for asphalt patching on Monday, July 28.

CONTINUING WORK
ANTIGONISH COUNTY: Highway 104
Construction work on Highway 104 in Antigonish County will be done around the clock until Sunday, Aug. 31.
Repaving is happening from West River Bridge east for 5.7 kilometres to the intersection of Route 316 in Lower South River.
Both lanes will remain open during daytime construction. From 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., there may be one-lane closures.
Signs and a pilot vehicle are on site. Drivers should exercise caution in the construction zone.

Route 245 from Brierly Brook Road, west for 8 kilometres, will have alternating lane closures for ditching, repaving and culvert installation until Tuesday, Sept. 30.

Burnside Drive will have lane closures for widening at various times until Friday, Aug. 1. Gravelling, signal installation, paving and repaving will take place from Commodore Drive to Exit 3 and from the eastbound ramp from Highway 111 to Burnside Drive for about one kilometre.
Traffic control consists of cones, barriers, signs and traffic control people. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset.

Trunk 7, Magazine Hill for 2.2 kilometres will have a one-lane closure for Jersey barrier replacement until Thursday, July 31. Lane closures will be shifted to accommodate rush-hour traffic. The two inbound lanes will be open from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m. Two outbound lanes will be open from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Bog Road Overpass Closed
The overpass that carries Bog Road over Highway 101 is closed until Sunday, Nov. 30, to be replaced as part of the Highway 101 twinning project.
A marked detour route is available on Rand Street, Bishopville Road, and Old Post Road.

Exit 8 ramps will have one lane closures on the on and off ramps. Traffic will be stopped while girders are being placed until Friday, Aug. 1.

Traffic on Route 215 in the Urbania area near Stewiacke will be detoured because of damage to a culvert. A two-kilometre detour is provided on Ox Bow Road, (Old Loop Shore Road)until further notice.

Flooding has closed two sections of Six Mile Brook Road in the Salt Springs area until further notice. The first section is at Morrison culvert south of Graveyard Road. The other section is for about one kilometre north of Morrison Culvert.

A section of Highway 103 over the Roseway River, 500 metres west of Exit 26 at Shelburne, is reduced to one lane until Thursday, July 31 for bridge repairs.
