The Office of the Ombudsman will hold an outreach clinic in the Cole Harbour area on Thursday, Oct. 16. Representatives from the Ombudsman's office will be available to talk about the role of the Ombudsman in Nova Scotia.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn about the complaint process, ask questions, and meet with an Ombudsman representative.
The outreach clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cole Harbour Place, 51 Forrest Hills Parkway.
The Office of the Ombudsman is an independent agency that addresses administrative concerns about provincial or municipal government services. Its services are provided free of charge.
