Natural Resources Minister Kennie MacAskill has signed a
three-year license agreement with the Snowmobilers Association of
Nova Scotia for the use and maintenance of snowmobile trails on
Crown land. Snowmobile Association president Arlene Taylor and
past-president Laurie Cranton signed the agreement with Mr.
MacAskill on Thursday, Nov. 26.

The provincial government is taking action to halt unauthorized
timber harvesting in Nova Scotia. Natural Resources Minister
