Following the "Sommet de la francophonie" taking place in Moncton
in early September, the community of Nova Scotia's
French-language educational stakeholders will organize a tour of
their institutions for francophone education officials.

EDUCATION--Bussing in Place for Ridgecliff Middle School Students
Students of the new Ridgecliff Middle School in Beechville will
take the bus after all. Education Minister Jane Purves said
students will be bussed until sidewalks are completed along a 3.6
kilometre stretch approaching the school.

EDUCATION--Curtain Up On Digby Regional High School and Theatre
Work will begin soon on a major renovation and addition project
that will totally transform Digby Regional High School into a
modern facility for students and the community. A contract has
been awarded to Force Construction to get the project under way.
