Almost 900 math teachers from across the province are training

EDUCATION--Minister Responds to Allegations of Misappropriation
Education Minister Jane Purves responded today, May 10, to
allegations of misappropriation of funds in the post-secondary
sector with actions of her own. Earlier today, the president of
the Collège de l'Acadie announced that a senior administrator has
allegedly misappropriated a significant amount of money.

The Youth Employability Project (YEP) will receive the 2001
Community Partners Award from the Nova Scotia Council for the
Family today, March 25. The project is administered by the Centre
for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CEED) and funded
by Human Resources Development Canada and the Nova Scotia
