Senior Abuse Awareness Day Contribution

Senior Abuse Community Awareness Activity Contribution

The Nova Scotia Department of Seniors encourages communities across the province to recognize Nova Scotia Senior Abuse Awareness Day and World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15th each year. To support these efforts, the Department offers community groups a small contribution towards community senior abuse awareness activities that are held on and around June 15th.

Senior Abuse Awareness Day Contribution 2012 call for applications is now closed.

If you have any questions about the contribution or want to discuss your ideas for an awareness activity, please call Jocelyn Yerxa at 424-4779 (or toll-free at 1-800-670-0065) or e-mail her at Jocelyn.Yerxa@gov.ns.ca
