Description of Organization:
Established in 1967, the CAAT Pension Plan is a jointly sponsored defined benefit pension plan. Originally created to support the Ontario college system, the CAAT Plan now serves more than 330 participating employers in 16 industries including the for-profit, non-profit, and broader public sectors.

Description of Membership:
The CAAT Pension Plan serves over 80,000 active, deferred, and retired members across Canada. Its key officers are as follows: 1.Derek Dobson (CEO) 2.Kevin Rorwick (COO) 3.Evan Howard (Chief Legal and Regulatory Affairs Officer) 4.Julie Giraldi (Chief Human Resources Officer) 5.Asif Haque (Chief Investment Officer) 6.Michael Dawson (Chief Financial Officer)

Providing general education about the CAAT Pension Plan and its features. Exchanging views as it applies to plan administration, investments and new employers joining the Plan as well as innovations that can occur in pension sector.
