I. Description

Monitoring and responding to proposed administrative and regulatory framework regarding labour, human rights and resource matters for the Donkin Mine under the Undersea Coal Mines Regulation Act, Bill No. 166, which includes technical amendments to the current Nova Scotia Underground Mining Regulations.
