Description of Organization:
CFIB exists to promote and protect a system of free competitive enterprise, to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture in Canada and to give independent business a greater voice in determining laws that govern business and the nation.

Description of Membership:
CFIB membership is open to any independent business operating in Canada. The officers and directors are Catherine Swift, Jim Bennett, John F. Bulloch, André Bolduc, Roland Degelman, Jonathan S. Denman, Cliff Friesen, Karen Gregory, Ron Hoppe, Ted Kawaja, Yvon Léveillé, James McKenzie, Lorrie Stark, and Ron Toogood.
