File or change your registered office address: incorporated companies

Incorporated companies need to file and change their registered office address information with Registry of Joint Stock Companies.

Use the Change of Entity Address Form to file or change the registered address of your incorporated company.

You need to notify Registry of Joint Stock Companies of any changes to the registered office address within 28 days of the change.

You can also use this form to notify Registry of Joint Stock Companies that you want the registry to send all correspondence to the registered office address instead of the address of the recognized agent.

All incorporated companies need to have a registered office in Nova Scotia from the day they start to carry on business or within 28 days of incorporating, whichever is earlier.
