[Adoption of Rules under Public Utilities Act]


 

 

1        These rules are made pursuant to Section 12 of the Utility and Review Board Act and apply to any proceedings before the Board under the Public Utilities Act.

2        These rules may be cited as the Public Utilities Rules.


[Adoption of Rules under Public Utilities Act]

3        The Board adopts the regulations made pursuant to the Public Utilities Act approved by the Governor in Council on September 8th, 1913, with the exception of Rule II, as its Rules of Practice and Procedure under the Public Utilities Act.
