Subsection 1 of Section 183 of Chapter 184 of the Revised Statutes, 1954, [subsection 227(1), R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 293] the Motor Vehicle Act, shall extend and apply to Judgments rendered and become final against residents of Nova Scotia by any court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario.
Order in Council 71-1216 - December 7, 1971
Subsection 1 of Section 203 of Chapter 191 of the Revised Statutes, 1967, [subsection 227(1), R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 293] the Motor Vehicle Act, shall extend and apply to Judgments rendered and become final against residents of Nova Scotia by any court of competent jurisdiction in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec and New Brunswick.
