Order in Council 93-913


The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated the 9th day of November, 1993, pursuant to Section 5 of Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia 1990, the Mineral Resources Act, is pleased to make regulations declaring certain limestone deposits described in Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to be a mineral within the meaning of Section [clause] 5(1)(b) of the Mineral Resources Act.



Schedule “A”

 

1        Limestone deposits occurring in, upon and under those Crown lands purchased pursuant to document 2067 dated May 23, 1974, comprising 317 acres, more or less, in the area of Marble Mountain, Inverness County, and falling within the bounds of the following claims, is hereby declared to be a mineral:

2     A map depicting the area subject to the declaration in Section 1 is attached as Appendix 1 to these regulations.

 

3     These regulations come into force on, from and after the 1st day of December, 1993.
