The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated the 15th of February, A.D., 1994, pursuant to clause (a) of Section 2 and subsections (1), (2) and (3) of Section 2A of Chapter 335 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act, is pleased to designate the Province of New Brunswick for the purpose of exemption under Section 2A of the Act, effective on, from and after the 1st day of April, A.D., 1994.
