1 In determining the composition of a “sector” as defined in clause (h) of Section 92 of the Act, consideration shall be given to work characteristics which shall include the type of
(a) processes;
(b) materials;
(c) techniques;
(d) skills;
(e) trades; and
(f) end use
involved in the construction.
