Citation
1 These regulations may be cited as the Regulations under the Regulations Act.
Title required
2 All regulations submitted to the Registrar for filing shall contain a title indicating the
subject of those regulations.
Certificate of filing
3 A certificate of filing required by subsection 3(1) of the Act shall be in the form
prescribed in Schedule “B”.
Failure to comply
4 (1) If a regulation fails to comply in one or more respects with the requirements of
these regulations, the Registrar may file the regulation if the Registrar is of the
opinion that there is substantial compliance with these regulations.
(2) A regulation is not invalid for the reason only that it fails to comply in one or more
respects with the requirements of these regulations.
Fees
5 The fees to be charged by the Registrar for supplying copies of regulations are as set out
in Schedule “A”.

Fees Charged By the Registrar of Regulations
(Section 5 of the Regulations under the Regulations Act)
Original documents
1 (1) The fee for a copy of an original document filed with the Registrar is
(a) for a photocopy......................................................................$0.36 per page
(b) for a faxed copy.....................................................................$0.67 per page
(2) The fee for certification of a copy of an original document filed with the Registrar
is an additional $2.61.
Consolidated regulations
2 (1) The fee for a copy of a consolidation of an individual set of regulations is
(a) for a hard copy
(i) by photocopy...............................................................$0.40 per page
(ii) by fax..........................................................................$0.72 per page
(b) for an electronic copy
(i) [repealed]
(ii) by e-mail.....................................................................$0.27 per page
(2) The Registrar may limit the choice of format in which the electronic information is
sent.
(3) In this Section, “page” means a page of text as formatted by the Office of the
Registrar, whether copied in single- or double-sided format.
Minimum charge
3 The fees prescribed in Sections 1 and 2 are subject to a $5.83 minimum charge.
Research
4 The fee for historical or archival research is $13.26 per day, plus fees for any copies of
documents provided.
