Public Trust is one of six pillars under the Canadian Agricultural Partnership. Public Trust in agriculture means that farmers and other businesses and organizations in Nova Scotia's food system act in ways that are consistent with the values and social expectations of the community. In Nova Scotia, we focus on building public trust in agriculture by making resources available to schools, engaging in conversations with the general public, and promoting careers in agriculture.
