Backgrounders have been developed on 5 inter-related strategic areas that are the focus of a stakeholder engagement strategy the Commission is implementing to address fundamental questions in the Review of Nova Scotia’s Strategy on HIV/AIDS: Looking Back and Moving Forward – questions related to HIV/STBBI integration, accountability, stakeholder engagement, resources, and funding.

Join the Commission
The selection of new Commissioners, including that of the Chairperson, is made by the Executive Council through an Order-in-Council. Commissioners and the Chairperson serve a 3-year term and may re-apply to renew their appointment.
