The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 30, 2004, and pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of Associate Chief Judge R. Brian Gibson, as Associate Chief Judge of the Provincial Court for a further term of office of five years effective October 13, 2004.
