The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 8, 2008, and pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to reappoint Judge Patrick H. Curran of Halifax, as Chief Judge of the Provincial Court for a further term of office of five years effective January 31, 2008.
