The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 10, 2008, and pursuant to subsections 5(1) and (2) of Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2008-476, dated September 9, 2008, by adding "and Family Court" immediately after "Judge of the Provincial Court" effective on and after September 16, 2008.
