The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 21, 2009, and pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to re-appoint Associate Chief Judge R. Brian Gibson, as Associate Chief Judge of the Provincial Court for a further term of office of one year effective October 13, 2009.
