The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General, dated the 27th day of May, A.D., 1992, pursuant to subsection (3) of Section 6 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to direct that His Honour Judge James D. Reardon of Yarmouth, in the County of Yarmouth, be continued in the public service for the period from the 1st day of June, A.D., 1992 to the 30th day of June, A.D., 1993, on the same terms and conditions of employment as apply to Judges of the Provincial Court generally.
