Employment Support and Income Assistance Regulations
The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated October 26, 2011, and pursuant to Section 21 of Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2000, the Employment Support and Income Assistance Act, is pleased to amend the Employment Support and Income Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg. 25/2001, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-138 dated March 23, 2001, to make Sections 63 and 79 consistent with the Fair Drug Pricing Act in the manner set forth in Section "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 15, 2011.
